Eventgroove Fundraising has made it simple for supporters to email you directly from your raffle page. Open communication and accessibility can facilitate strong relationships among donors and experience managers. Your relationship with your donors is so important to any fundraiser’s success. Be sure to reply to their messages in a timely manner so you don’t miss out on any inquiries regarding donations or other important matters.

4. Enter any physical tickets sold
Even though Eventgroove Fundraising’s raffles are conducted primarily online, you can still sell physical tickets offline, too. If you’ve sold tickets offline by cash or check, you’ll need to enter them into the system so that they can be included in the drawing.

5. Draw winner(s) and notify them
Eventgroove Fundraising offers two options for drawing winners: automatic (we draw winners for you) and manual (you draw winners yourself). If you didn’t select the option to draw and notify winners automatically, you may need to take additional steps to determine winners.

6. Deliver your prize(s) to winners
To send out prizes once the raffle has ended, you’ll need to retrieve winners’ delivery information. We’ve made it easy to access and export a list of entrants with all the contact information you’ll need to fulfill deliveries.
